- After successfully part 1 registration click here for part 2 CDE Exam applicationOnline CDS Exam
- After clicking on the second part 2 link enter the registration number and the date of birth and other details and then done the completing application form
- Log on to the of www.upsc.gov.in
- And click on CDS Application form 2014
- Then fill the all mandatory details and upload pp size photo and sign in the CDS application form.
- And fill the challan number
- After that you take a printout of your application form
