Syllabus of SAIL Management Trainee Recruitment
The written test will have five sections-
Domain knowledge check (technical/admin.) for 100 marks in
period of 75 minutes
Aptitude exam for a hundred marks in period of seventy five
minutes.
Aptitude exam can accommodates four separate components as
below
- Quantitative ability - twenty five marks
- Reasoning - 25 marks
- English Verbal ability - 25 marks
- General awareness - 25 marks
Overall this SAIL examination is of two hundred marks in
period of one.5 hours.There is negative marking for wrong answered queries.
To be eligible for group discussion and interview, candidate
can have to qualify in every section by scoring minimum fifty percentile marks.

To crack SAIL examination, the primary factor you've got to
enhance is your question trying speed and accuracy. To crack or qualify SAIL
exam you've got to attain minimum marks in each section, as there is individual
